Well, actually this project WAS broken and I fixed it! This Bali cellular blind had a broken string, but it still worked until it didn't. The blind measures about 5'wide by 4' high. Restringing a cellular blind isn't hard, but you'll want a flat work space approximately 2x larger than the width of your blind so you have the clearance to slip off the top and bottom rail...
